If I order today, when will my shipment arrive?The cargo arrival time depends on various factors involved throughout the logistics chain, including airlines and shipping companies. We will always be able to inform you about the estimated arrival time, you must always take into account that this is only an estimated time that can change, for example due to changes in the schedules of flights or cruises

Is there available space on the next flight/sailing?The carriers do not have the possibility to give a binding answer to this type of questions, since the availability of space can turn into non-availability at any given moment due to the constant flow of loads and orders to them. Place confirmation is received after placing an order with the international carrier

When will the answer be?It should be remembered that we work with other countries, where for example Sunday is a day of rest or countries with which we have significant time differences or other holidays and vacations, so in cases where we need the other party sometimes the answer will not come immediately as expected
